We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn't right, here's how returns work at NADS Wear.

Return Window

You may return most items within 14-30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with tags attached.

How to Start a Return

Email us at nadswears@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return
We'll confirm your return and provide instructions on where to send the item
Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund or exchange

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

Non-Returnable Items

Items marked as final sale
Worn, washed, or damaged items (unless received defective)
Items without original tags/packaging

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right at no extra cost.
